Film začíná shledáním čtyř bývalých nejlepších kamarádek ze školy. Jsou tu jednak, aby si trochu odpočinuly, ale hlavně oslavily těhotenství jedné z nich. Radostná oslava se zkomplikuje v momentě, kdy těhotné Angele zavolá její přítel, který jí oznámí, že s ní skoncoval. Začal totiž chodit s jednou ze tří kamarádek Angely. Těhotná Angela samozřejmě okamžitě zjišťuje, která kamarádka ji zradila a když se jí odpovědi nedostane, použije nestandardní metody. Oslava se náhle změní na teror.
